Margaret Davies is VP Sales and Marketing at Synamedia’s Media Cloud Services division: a role which leverages her 25+years’ commercial experience working with broadcasters, operators and content owners in broadcast and media technology across EMEA and APAC.
Prior to Synamedia, Margaret was part of the leadership team at Red Bee Media, where she had P&L responsibility for Red Bee’s largest market area by revenue, UK, IE & APAC. During her time at Red Bee, she successfully led the renewal and retention of key UK PSB multi-year managed service contracts across linear playout and media services.
In addition to her tenure at Red Bee, Margaret has held commercial roles focused on linear playout, distribution, and OTT, and worked at BBC Technology, Ascent Media and Brightcove. Her early career was in Account Management at Ericsson in Ireland, Germany, and the UK.
Margaret holds a BA International Marketing & Languages from Dublin City University, Ireland.
