Beatrice Rossmanith is an international media consultant and Founder of Mothership Media Consultancy, specialising in format strategy, audience insight and the global development of IP in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. She advises broadcasters, platforms and studios across Europe, North America and Asia on how content is developed, adapted and scaled across increasingly fragmented viewing environments.
Her work sits at the intersection of editorial, data and platform strategy, with a particular focus on how audience behaviour is shifting in response to digital-native ecosystems. She explores how formats evolve beyond traditional television, adapting to new consumption patterns, discovery models and monetisation frameworks.
Prior to founding her consultancy, Beatrice was Managing Director of Glance, part of Médiamétrie, where she led international consultancy on audience behaviour, content performance and cross-market trends. She worked closely with global broadcasters and platforms to assess how content performs across linear, streaming and emerging digital platforms, and how success is defined differently across territories.
Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade in international distribution & partnerships and format sales, negotiating licensing agreements and co-productions across multiple regions. This combination of commercial and analytical experience informs her approach to understanding how content travels across platforms and formats.
A regular speaker at industry events including Series Mania Forum, MIPCOM, BCWW and MIP London 2026, her recent work focuses on the impact of AI and the rapid rise of microdrama and vertical storytelling.
