Bronagh Monahan co-founded MonRae alongside business partner Elspeth Rae. Together, they manage and create IP with some of the world’s leading digital talent, from global names like DanTDM and TommyInnit to rising voices including Nicole Vignola and Twiggy Jalloh.
In 2021, Bronagh and Elspeth launched MonRae Productions to bring digital creators and traditional TV media closer together. They have since produced the hit series Challenge DanTDM and over 100 episodes of Let’s Game for Sky Kids. In 2025, they launched MonRae Editions, a creator-led book division rooted in their shared passion for literacy and storytelling. Their debut titles were the Sunday Times bestseller ‘TommyInnit’s Guide to Survival’ and cookery debut ‘SAMA SAMA’ by Julie Lin.
Credited by Grazia magazine as a “quiet powerhouse in the world of digital talent” alongside Elspeth, Bronagh began her career at Gleam Futures UK, a 360 management company for influential UK YouTubers like Zoella and Caspar Lee.
She later joined BBC Studios’ TalentWorks, a label focused on identifying and creating IP with new talent, as their Development Executive. She developed the podcast series 'No Passion No Point' with Eddie Hearn, curated the inaugural TalentWorks x BBC Writers Room retreat with Amelia Dimoldenberg, Adrian Bliss, Lucia Cheskins and Daniel Howell, as well as brokering development deals with Meta and talent agency Diving Bell.
Bronagh’s expertise lies in building long-term careers for digital talent, developing commercially viable IP, and connecting digital and traditional entertainment.
