Emma Maier is a researcher and behavioural science specialist with 20 years’ experience of applied research and is the i2Media behavioural science lead on the DTG Usability project for Ofcom which is identifying challenges and solutions for improving inclusivity and usability in the consumption of internet delivered television. It is integrating robust research methods, consumer behaviour analysis, and stakeholder engagement, to deliver transformative, inclusive solutions for IP-delivered television, enhancing usability, accessibility, and overall viewer experiences while leaving a legacy for the industry.
