After 20 years of experience of broadcast-adjacent digital content, Janine co-founded 4Studio to build a digital centre of excellence at Channel 4. Her remit covers original and branded content production, podcasting, training and development and cross-department leadership.
A love of entertainment and a passion for digital has been at the heart of Janine’s career; at a first stint at Channel 4 as Entertainment Editor, in the indie sector as Creative Director and at ITV as Head of Digital overseeing shows like I'm a Celebrity, Saturday Night Takeaway and Love Island. In addition, on the brand side, she’s set up creative teams at Starconm & Ogilvy, bringing digital inspiration to brands such as British Airways and American Express. All this resulting in a range of award wins and nominations from BAFTAs to Lions. She's also a qualified (with Distinction) executive coach and mediator.
