Manon is Head of Future World Design, (FWD) in BBC Research & Development, a team whose mission is to shape the next generation of digital services through human centred design and invention.
He is an award-winning Creative Technologist, Product Designer, and Musician who has been building technology products and experiences in the entertainment and EdTech industries for the past 20 years.
Prior to joining the BBC in 2025, Manon was Chief Innovation & Creative Officer at Mindvalley, where he led the company’s vision at the intersection of creativity, technology, and human transformation.
As a founder of multiple business ventures, and a principal innovation engineer for will.i.am and Idris Elba, Manon's career is focused on leveraging and democratising technology as a creative toolkit.
He is co-creator of Akuna Wallet, a blockchain-powered solution developed with Idris Elba and the Stellar Development Foundation, aimed at breaking down payment barriers in the global digital economy. With projects like Talking Scripts, an app empowering dyslexic creatives, Manon has developed inclusive, intuitive tools that unlock creativity and expand access - demonstrating the transformative potential of AI as a force for good.
From co-creating Sound Drive - an AI-powered musical driving experience with will.i.am and Mercedes-AMG - to producing music and generative visuals for the Refugee Olympic Team at Cannes Lions and the Paris Olympics, Manon’s work fuses cutting-edge innovation with powerful cultural impact.
