Natalie Ceeney CBE

Natalie Ceeney CBE is a Chair and Non-Executive Director with extensive experience leading transformation across regulated sectors and public services.

She is Chair of Cash Access UK and Chair of The Connection Project, a cross-sector initiative focused on ensuring the UK’s transition to a digital economy works for consumers and the wider economy. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Openreach and Spire Healthcare PLC.

Natalie’s executive career includes roles as Chief Executive of the Financial Ombudsman Service, HM Courts & Tribunals Service and The National Archives, where she led major programmes of organisational and digital transformation. She began her career at McKinsey & Company.

She was awarded a CBE in 2010 for services to public administration and the voluntary sector.
